Mark Grey-Dreaper

• Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, and Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor.  Prior to founding XPS Group in 2006, Mark spent nine years with a national accounting firm where he primarily provided specialized services in the areas of business valuation, corporate finance, transaction advisory, and litigation support services.

Experience:

• He has 30 years of experience in management positions, including 10 years as an officer in the Canadian Navy.

Education & Professional Licenses:

• He completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Royal Roads University.

Interests & Hobbies:

    Mark is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in regional Gran Fondos.
