Katie Bishop

About:

Katie is an experienced business executive and banking professional who came to XPS Group after deciding to make a career change and pursue her CBV designation.  As a Valuation Associate, she provides insights and support to senior staff in the completion of various valuation projects for clients.

Experience:

Prior to XPS Group, Katie spent 20 years at TD Bank holding Executive positions in Business Banking, Operations and Technology, and Finance.  Most recently she led TD’s Commercial Banking team across Vancouver Island.

Education & Professional Licenses:

Katie completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance, as well as an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.

Interests & Hobbies:

Having relocated to Victoria from Toronto with her husband and son, Katie takes full advantage of the unique opportunity to golf 12 months of the year and can be found most weekends out on the course with family and friends.  She is also active in her community and currently serves as Treasurer on the Board for the Victoria Symphony Society, as a Director on the Board of the Victoria Symphony Foundation, and as the Chair Elect on the Board of the Vancouver Island Economic Alliance (VIEA).
