XPS Group is proud to support the Victoria chapter of Women’s Equity Lab (WEL), a group committed to increasing the representation of women in early-stage investing.
WEL provides a collaborative environment for women to begin investing in early-stage ventures with a small amount of risk capital. The organization provides participants access to innovative companies, like-minded women and allows members to be active and equal participants in the investment process. At XPS Group we believe it’s the intelligent choice to encourage the participation of women in venture investing to increase the availability of capital and prosperity of businesses in our communities.
