We use our experience in the industry to negotiate for the best possible pricing, covenant, and security structures, and will coordinate the collection of information necessary to obtain formal credit approval. We also work with lawyers and accountants to fulfill lending conditions prior to disbursement and can review share purchase and shareholder agreements to ensure they appropriately reflect the nature of the transaction.
